Teacher Card

In order to support the important work of area educators, the Louisville Public Library provides Teacher Cards.
Educators are eligible for a special library card that allows them to check out materials for educational
use.
- Materials check out for 6 weeks
- No renewals are permitted
- After the due date, fines are charged for all late materials
A teacher card will be issued at no cost to the patron. A $1.00 fee will be charged to replace lost or
damaged card. Please allow at least one week from the date of application for a new teacher card to be
processed.

collections based on teacher requests. You may fill out a collection request form, or you may call the library at
330-875-1696 or contact School Collections Coordinator Bonnie
