Summer Reading Club 2008

Kids, Teens, Adults! Catch the reading bug with us as Louisville Public Library prepares for Summer Reading Club 2008! Get ready for a fun summer with great books, story times, programs - and even a pizza party!

Registration for Summer Reading Club 2008 will begin June 2. The program will run June 9 - July 17.

Highlights include:

• Story Times:
  • Monday Evenings:
    • 6:30: Pre-K & Kindergarten
    • 7:15: 1st Grade & up
  • Tuesday Mornings:
    • 10:00: Pre-K & Kindergarten
    • 10:45 1st Grade & up
• Junior Review Club: (Grades 4 & 5) Wednesdays 2:00 p.m. for six weeks beginning June 11.
• Family Programs:
  • June 12 2:00 p.m.: Get the Bug for Boomerangs
  • June 26 6:00 p.m.: Learn About Bees
  • July 10 2:00 p.m.: Creepy Bugs with Hallie
  • July 17 11:00 a.m.: Final Program & Pizza Party
• Paperback Drawings
• Prizes
• Bug the Director Challenge

In addition, there will be a special prize drawing for all children who sign up by June 9!
