New Board of Trustees Member Named

Louisville Public Library Director Mike Snyder has announced that Robert H. Hallier has been named to fill an unexpired term on the library's Board of Trustees.

Nimishillen Township resident Robert H. Hallier has been appointed by the Louisville City School Board to fill a 2 1/5 year vacancy on the Library Board of Trustees. He replaces Steve Hornick who served on the library's Personnel and Bylaws committees.

In 2004 Mr. Hallier retired as the Vice President for Business and Finance of Stark State College of Technology after 32 years of service. He is a graduate of Kent State University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. He also served in the United States Navy as an air traffic controller from 1961 to 1965.

He begins his new duties immediately.
