Join a fun group for an hour of complete relaxation! We stretch, we relax, we loosen up our bodies and our minds. You do not need any prior yoga experience or need to be in good physical shape. We do everything in our chairs and there is never any judgements.
Our program is held in the relaxing environment of our Sensory Room. Please either wear or bring socks. No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the Sensory Room.
The Sensory Room is located in our Discovery Center located at 504 E. Main St. Just a few minute walk from the middle school and high school.
