Our Summer Reading Program is in full swing, and we’re having a blast! If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time. Once you’re signed up, you can earn tickets by checking out items, reading or listening to books, completing BINGO sheets, and attending exciting programs like our outdoor Story Times (weather permitting) and “Art For All” Fridays. These tickets can be entered into drawings for raffle prizes that celebrate this year’s theme of music and art. Prizes include whittling kits, a pottery wheel, a keyboard, and theater tickets, just to name a few!
While you’re here picking out books, movies, and video games to earn tickets, don’t miss our new outdoor items! In addition to pickleball sets, disc golf equipment, giant Jenga & Connect Four, cornhole, and bocce ball, we've added a parachute, frisbees, a bird & bug finding kit, yard Yahtzee, and a glow-in-the-dark ring toss—perfect for graduation parties, reunions, bonfires, and other gatherings! You’ll find the tickets to check out these items at the end of the adult new book section.
Planning a summer road trip or visit to Grandma and Grandpa's house? We’ve got you covered with audiobooks, Launchpads, Tonies, and WhaZoodles! Audiobooks are available on CDs for family listening or Playaways for headphone use. Launchpads, designed for ages 3 and up, come preloaded with games, music, and stories. WhaZoodles offer a screen-free experience with interactive games, stories, music, and exercises. Plus, our wide selection of Tonies can be used with your own Toniebox, or you can check out one of ours for character-based stories and music.
